I really like this door lock. It works well. Although it had a glitch after about 7 months. The return window was closed on Amazon. The company however shipped a new one after seeing what it was doing. No questions. No troubleshooting. Just an apology and a brand new lock.

I’ve bought several different door locks for the house and they were all trash. One was from china, I had to download a weird app and nothing ever synced. I could never use the app feature. Another one would use the battery like crazy and I was replacing monthly. This one has an app I’m able to use, I get notified when it’s locked/ unlocked manually or with pin. The set up was super easy. Legit did in a minute more or less. It’s seemless and looks nice 10/10 would recommend. I’m buying another one for front and side door as well as soon as I have them replaced

I wanted a code lock for a while and looked at many. This one has no subscription fees for the app. It’s been in for a month now and no problems. The fingerprint scanner works well. You can have separate codes for family and guests. Favorite features are the auto lock, being able to see if the doors locked on the app, being notified if it’s been engaged, and being able to set a day & time for limited access.

Took about five minutes to install. App has a good layout and can upload codes and fingerprints easily. Only downside would re-keying (this is for any door lock). Is complicated or have to pay a locksmith to do it for you.

It connected very easily, the whole Promise when I first installed it took maybe 2-4 mins. After trying the lock manually it worked great and the app notified me of “manual door lock”. I tried to lock via the app and had an issue with the cylinder turning the wrong way, looked up troubling shooting guide and it mentioned pressing RESET (just removed face plate and hit reset) this fixed the cylinder/tumbler issue but after this it would not connect. Tried multiple things with no success. Called customer service and they advised to remove app and remove lock and reinstall app and lock, after doing this it worked great. Tried thumbprint setting and it worked great for my 9 year, well for me and my wife, not so good for my 5 year old. I have been having issues with auto lock feature, it was working fine and now it is not, not a giant deal just a bummer really. I just installed it so unknown on battery life, but I will post back and see what happens. The noise when locking and unlocking isn’t that bad really, I can live with it especially since it’s so infrequent. Let’s hope the auto lock feature starts working again. This is a good lock for the price, a Schlage lock is more then double the price, and no guarantee no issues.

I think it works great. The app is ok, no issues except 1 small annoying detail. When trying to set a schedule you have to scroll the time. It's small and easy to hit something else and cancel the time you were trying to set. Pretty easy to install , but I had to extend the bolt housing. If you insert the bolt as the hole to actuate it isn't in the center of the hole in your door you have to push a little defend and can extend the bolt to fit. Else just watch the videos online and it's pretty simple. I like all the functions in the app. Can set an auto lock up to 3 minutes. Can set many many fingerprints, can set codes that have a start and end time. Oh.. if you try to set a start time at 7am and end at 1 am it gives you an error saying the end time can't be before the start time. Uh.. I want the end time to be the next day. The app doesn't allow for this. A bit annoying as well. So other than those 2 parts of the app the lock is great. Make sure you align both the indoor and outdoor parts before tightening the screws. Fingerprint reader works pretty well and the codes work well also. They should offer a package with the bottom door handle and lock as well so you only have 1 set of keys instead of having 2 if you have 2 locks on your door.

This lock is great! I have it on an outside door that has no storm door and no shelter. I live in NY and it gets really cold. This is working great still. I also have the Yale lock and I like this one better. It was easy to install, easy to use. I love the different locking options. 10/10 recommend

Philips quality is the reason I chose this product. I had a couple of disappointments with other lesser known brands. I later chose this. installed it, and it is working well. I have assigned individual access PINs for other members of my family. The APP was fairly easy to use for the purpose of assigning PINs. Note: I had initially ordered the BLACK with Handles. However, I exchanged it for the same product in Silver without handles.

Love everything about it. The color and design of the handles. Ultimately comes down to the lock. It is so easy to install and set up. I love the ability to lock and unlock with swiping through the app and using fingerprint. Exactly how I picture a keyless entry should be. It does have a spare key in case of malfunction.

I really like how easy this lock makes life. You can set the whole family up with their own code or fingerprint (it has traditional keys too), and the app makes it simple to share access. It even has a guest mode, which is great for visitors or airbnb's. Being able to check the lock from the app and lock or unlock it remotely is a game changer, no more wondering if I remembered to lock the door or who has come in and out. The auto‑lock feature is another nice layer of peace of mind. We have ours set up with Alexa on automation which is so handy. The only downside is that the inner lock feels like cheap plastic, which is disappointing for the price. Functionally, it works well, but I wish the build felt sturdier. Overall, it is a really nice set with a easy to use app. I would recommend it.

This lock works like a charm. We have a condo on a beach in Pinellas county Florida. When we use it in the Summer, on the ride home we always wonder if we locked the push button lock or not. With this not only can I see if it is locked, I can lock or unlock anywhere in the country. I love the use of our finger prints to easily unlock. I especially like that we don’t have to use our alexa to control this lock. We shall see how the finish stands up to the salt air and sunlight. The outside is made if plastic so it won’t corrode from the salt air.
