I have already returned it... The deadbolt end should be slightly tapered to auto align. The app integration with google is atrocious!
It was a rough start. It arrived with dead batteries so that was frustrating. And now I can't get the sensor to connect. Soooooo. But it's cool. I wanted to return it but couldn't find the original email.
App and connectivity can be a little finiky, but overall super useful and mechanically works excellently. To be clear I believe it is more of a phone/app issue, the wifi connectivity has been good.
This is exactly what I needed for my apartment. My apartment doesn’t allow extra keys, so I got this so my partner can come and go and my family can come in if there’s an emergency. It was easy to install and works like a charm. I wish it worked with apples HomeKit, but you can’t have everything!
When it works, it works ok. Got locked out twice as it losses sync. Wifi signal is strong.

I bought a Philips retrofit lock 1 month ago and receive an accessory. I didn't know how to install it and just contacted the customer service. I was so delighted as to how patient they were! The accessory is actually a door sensor, it could detect my door status. I can check it though the Philips Home Access app. Oh, here I have to say that the app is really a wonderful creation, I love its convenience, timeliness, and its powerful function. No more worries about my home security!!! Just so amazing!
Have to say the customer service is really a great surprise. bought a black one but received with a silver lock. Contacted the customer a few muns later, they promised will send me a new one with the color I want. Good service, quick express. Love it!
